Yemi Atanda is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
Yemi holds a certificate in Positive Leadership from Michigan-Ross Executive Education (University of Michigan, USA) as well as certificate in Strategic Business Leadership from Lagos Business School, Nigeria. Yemi is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) in good standing for over a decade and is currently a member of trustee of the Nigerian Chapter.
His work experience spans various industries such as oil and gas, IT management, Payment Processing and Digital Banking. Yemi’s work experience stretches over about 20 years with more than half of that in management positions in the electronic banking industry sub-sector. He has pioneered various innovations in digital financial services in Nigeria and is constantly on the cutting-edge of payment disruption in the country. He is well respected across the industry and has built a niche for himself in leading innovations around emerging payment trends.
Yemi is currently the Group Head, E-Payment Solutions at Guaranty Trust Bank. Before becoming the Chairman of CEBIH, he had earlier functioned as the Secretary for Shared Services as well as the Vice Chairman of the industry committee.
Oluremi Tinuolu-Gabriel was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Committee of E-Business Industry Heads (CeBIH) in 2020, after serving as executive member for a couple of years in various capacities.
He has over 18 years banking experience and 13-year experience in electronic banking. With in-depth understanding of banking operations, reconciliation and business development, he gained his reputation in for excellence and transformation in every unit and department. His professional career started in the clearing department with Prudent Bank PLC (Now Polaris bank), he later moved in domestic operations, reconciliation, International operations before moving into the digital space.
Between 2013 and 2015 Oluremi went into core marketing as the head of Business development and regional e-business sale manager for Ikoyi Region of Skye bank. He joined Unity bank PLC in 2015 as head e-business sales in the South-South and South-East zone, he is currently the group head e-Business for Unity bank.
Oluremi holds his BSC in Agriculture at the University of Agriculture Abeokuta (UNAAB) now Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNNAB) in the year 2000 and a second degree in International Business with the University of Liverpool, with his MBA with the University of Suffolk in view.
Oluremi is a Chartered Banker with the Chartered Institute of Banking of Nigeria and he has several training with reputable organizations both locally and internationally

Folasade Femi-Lawal, an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo’s University and Harvard Business School, Executive Education is a fellow of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation and Enterprise Risk Professionals. She is currently the Head of Card and Messaging Business at FirstBank Nigeria Ltd (Nigeria’s leading Financial Services Solutions Provider). She is also the Pioneer Head of Digital Banking at same Bank. She has to her credit the achievement of 10m Card Base milestone by FirstBank in 2017 as the 1st in Nigeria and 2nd in West Africa. Also, the successful launch of the first integrated lifestyle mobile banking App, FirstMobile that won both Global Finance award for ‘The best Digital Bank of Distinction for 2016 &2017 and Asian Banker Award for the Best Mobile Payments &Best Digital Bank Awards during the West Africa International Banking Convention (2016& 2017).
She has over Twenty-five (25) years cognate working experience, of which twenty (20) were spent in Senior Management capacities five (5), spent in operational. Three (3) of these years were spent with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) focusing on statutory reporting and business advisory services, investigations as well as business process reviews of top tier organizations. 10 years has been spent in the Telecoms industry where she started as a pioneer Head of Credit Control of Econet Wireless Nigeria (now Airtel Nigeria Limited).
She is a sought-after Conference Speaker and Panellist as well as Chairperson at Global and National events such as’ Annual FinanceTech in South Africa, Annual Global Finance Conference in UK, Finnovex Digital Summit, & Women of West Africa Entrepreneurs (WoWe) etc. She is a Council Member for Gershom Lehman Consulting in USA and a member of the Esteemed Speaker and Advisory Panel for New Age Banking Summit. Dipo is currently the Group Head of Digital Banking in Sterling Bank Nigeria, responsible for the delivery of the various digital banking propositions and capabilities of the Bank.
Prior to joining Sterling, Dipo was the Head Payment Products for Ecobank Nigeria, supporting both corporate and commercial banking business in Nigeria and in other markets across Africa by providing bespoke cash management solutions designed to meet the specific needs of each corporate client. He was also the head of ebusiness acquiring in StanbicIBTC bank where he oversaw the banks acquiring business which covered ATM, POS, and web payment deployments to the bank's customers across Africa.
Dipo is also a Certified Change Management Professional with key strengths in strategy, communications, organizational change transformation, digital banking, emerging payments, and financial inclusion.
He has an MBA from the Lagos Business School - Pan Atlantic University (LBS) in Nigeria and completed has a Bsc in Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye.
Peter Ashaolu, Head, Card Operations for Stanbic IBTC Bank. Peter is an astute Banker with over 17 years’ experience spanning across Operations and Control. A graduate of Accountancy from Tansian University Umunya and possesses an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria. Attended several courses on Leadership, Personal Coaching and Performance Management. A Certified Safe Agilist and Student Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Peter is the Pioneer and Current Head, CeBIH Sub-Committee on E-business Operations. Peter started his Banking career with Access Bank of Nigeria as a Clearing Officer and later joined FBN as a Customer Service Officer and Head Teller Banking Operations in 2016 before joining Stanbic IBTC Bank in 2018 as a Control Officer and grew to become the Head, Card Operations.
Adeyinka Shorungbe is the Head of Digital Banking & Financial Inclusion at Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria.
With over 16 years’ experience in e-payments, product development, digital banking and financial inclusion in the Nigeria banking industry, he is currently responsible for driving retail and digital banking transformation at Standard Chartered Bank in Nigeria.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Adeyinka has worked in similar capacity with a number of top tier banks including Ecobank Nigeria where he was charged with the responsibility for driving Mobile Payments, Digital Banking and Agency Banking. At Ecobank, he coordinated the implementation of the largest conditional cash transfer programme via Mobile Money under the Federal Government Millennium Development Goals project. He was also the lead for a number of innovative digital solutions including the Ecobank Mobile App and Ecobank MasterCard MasterPass QR.
Adeyinka also worked at Stanbic IBTC Bank where he designed and implemented the flagship Stanbic IBTC *909# Mobile Payment service and the now industry standard USSD merchant payment for mobile. His time at Zenith Bank had him developing and managing various innovative card programmes including the dual currency Visa credit card, mutli-currency prepaid cards and co-branded debit cards.
Adeyinka holds Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lagos State University and a Masters in eCommerce from Middlesex University London in the United Kingdom. He is a digital transformation alumnus of INSEAD and a member of the British Computer Society. He has served in a number electronic banking committees in Nigeria.
Akoh is an electronic payment systems specialist with 17+ years’ experience in technical and business roles across a range of digital banking channels including Cards, Mobile, Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Point of Sales (PoS).
He is currently Head of Channels at Union Bank Nigeria Plc where he leads the bank’s Alternate Channels (E-Business) function with oversight of Digital Banking services, Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Agency Banking, Remittances and Merchant Services.
He has previous electronic banking experience across three other banks in Nigeria as well as with payment switching company like Valucard Plc (Now Unified Payments). He was part of the team that implemented the first Visa network in Nigeria.
He holds a B.Tech from Federal University of Technology, Owerri in Nigeria. His certifications include IT infrastructure Library (ITIL), Microsoft Operational Framework and Certified Professional (MCP). He as attended extensive training locally and internationally including on ISO 9001 Quality Management, Transware ATM Management, Retails Banking Training from Lafferty Retail Council, UK, Business Strategy by McKinsey Academy and has successfully completed Union Bank Leadership Institute training led by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).
Kingsley Iyamu is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Disruptive Strategy program, with a post graduate degree in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John University, U.K and Change Management at Colorado State University. With a B.Sc. in Microbiology from the Ambrose Alli University Nigeria. Kingsley is a certified Change professional from PROSCI & Change Management Learning Center, U.S.A. and American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an ASQ fellow.
With competencies in business innovation management, change management, strategic leadership, and technology management He is an accomplished transformational business leader with 19 years professional experience in driving operational excellence at the workplace, leading business process/product improvement and optimization, which guarantee improved customer experience; fostering quality assurance and policy compliance. He has successfully led business growth and revenue increase, by facilitating improved job performance and reliability of cross-functional teams. Expertly, he maintains and builds healthy stakeholder relationship and effectively communicates strategies to teams.
A recipient of multiple awards, he started his career as a Management Information System Analyst at Nigerian Breweries Plc before proceeding to the banking industry where he delivered initiatives like the ISO 9001: 2008 and nationwide instant debit card issuance for FCMB limited. Currently he leads, International Remittances of Cards and Electronic Banking Group at First City Monument Bank Limited.
